In a time where life had changed on a dramatic scale for me and just as I had started to win with work success but then stopping dead.  My crazy mind hit the canvas for some aggressive, metal driven, fluid pour paint release. 
 Half way the rage and stress of still not clearing my mind felt like I was blind to the answer of what to do with a restricted work pattern. (Shielding and Lockdown)
